Executive Summary
Zintle is involved in all aspects pertaining to the transferring of ownership in property in South Africa; negotiation and conclusion of agreements of sale; drafting bespoke agreements; managing transactions for the subdivisions of property as well as the registration of small sectional title schemes; attending to transactions for the sale of farms; and the registration of mortgage bonds.
Zintle further assists clients with a wide range of aspects incidental to these transactions.
Her experience includes acting for property developers, banks, individual and corporate clients with a keen focus on the technical aspects of loan securities.
Zintle also attends to the drafting of Antenuptial Contracts, the Authentication and Apostelling of documents for use in foreign countries and all other notarial related work.
Career
Zintle Baleni was one of the youngest woman to be admitted as an Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public in 2020 at the age of twenty three years.
