ESTATE PLANNING & WILLS

Our Wills and Estate Planning Department views each client’s estate planning requirements individually. The focus is on assisting the client to form a composite plan covering the client’s various asset classes in order to maximise efficiency, including through the minimizing of Estate Duty, Capital Gains Tax and Donations Tax payable.

Services include the drafting of wills (both in South Africa and internationally), the formation of trusts and the advising of clients generally in regard to their estate planning requirements. We also attend to the winding-up of deceased estates and the administration of trusts.
