Executive Summary

Pauline is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa, with over six years post qualification experience.

Pauline has assisted clients in various high court proceedings and domestic and private arbitrations under AFSA and the South African Arbitration Act.

Pauline has experience in business rescue proceedings, assisting appointed business rescue practitioners and affected persons in business rescue proceedings. For instance, was in team assisting the business rescue practitioner in the business rescue of Diva Nutritional Products, a South African entity supplying famine relief products to over twenty countries worldwide, including for clients such as UNICEF and the World Food Programme.

Pauline has extensive experience in property related disputes, whether its landlord’s dispute or assisting tenants.

She also has done mortgage bond and vehicle instalment collections for various banks including Nedbank and Standard Bank of South Africa.


Pauline was admitted as attorney in April 2016, after completing her articles of clerkship at Knowles Husain Lindsay Inc (a reputable boutique firm in Sandton, Johannesburg).

Prior to joining Bernadt Vukic Potash & Getz, in 2021, she practised as an associate and later senior associate at Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr.

In 2020, Pauline was recognised as one of Africa’s 50 Most Promising Young Arbitration Practitioners by the Association of Association of Young Arbitrators -Africa (AYA).
