LABOUR LAW
The firm's labour and employment law department deals with all aspects of this wide area of law.
This includes litigation in the High Court, Labour Courts and employment tribunals, namely the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) and various bargaining councils; advising clients on a wide range of labour related strategic issues including employment equity, disciplinary matters and retirement funds; and the drafting of employment related contracts such as service agreements, restraints of trade, disciplinary codes and collective agreements involving trade unions. These services and many others are provided to our corporate clients, both commercial and trade union, as well as executive clients.
