Given the commercial focus of our firm, the bulk of the litigation undertaken by us is in the realm of commercial and corporate law, primarily in regard to contractual disputes and ancillary matters concerning commercial and corporate life, such as restraint of trade enforcement and unlawful competition matters. We also have considerable expertise in the field of insolvency and undertake a substantial amount of litigation in that field.
